Ans: Once your parcel reaches our facility, our team requires 5-10 business days to verify and finalize the return. You will receive an automated email confirmation the moment the process is concluded.

Ans: You can request a cancellation provided the order is still in the processing stage. However, once the package has been shipped out, we cannot pull it back. Please contact us quickly if you change your mind.
