At Kaparay, we aim to make buying and selling as smooth and secure as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works on our platform — for both standard items and high-value listings.

Who Ships the Items?

Kaparay is a multivendor marketplace, which means:

  • Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping items they sell, using the delivery method selected at checkout.
  • For certain high-value items (typically priced over £1000 or featured in Kaparay’s Vault), sellers maybe required to send items to Kaparay HQ for verification before final delivery to the buyer.

Where We Ship

Currently, Kaparay ships to addresses within the United Kingdom.

International shipping will be introduced soon.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on:

  • Seller’s chosen courier service
  • Item weight, size, and location
  • Whether the item is shipped directly or via Kaparay HQ

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Missed or Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, additional postage costs may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

You can also check order status by logging into your Kaparay account under My Orders.

High-Value & Verified Listings

For security and authenticity, items listed in Kaparay’s Vault or priced over £1000 are:

  1. First sent to Kaparay HQ for quality and authenticity checks
  2. Repackaged and shipped securely to the buyer with full tracking

This process may add 1–3 days to the overall delivery time but ensures peace of mind for both buyers and sellers.
